The National Communications Council is responsible for creating a suitable regulatory structure for Wales.
The Council will develop policy and ideas in the broadcasting field.
The Council will shape the steps that need to be taken in the process of devolving regulatory responsibilities to Wales, in the field of media, broadcasting and communications.
