The Media and Communications Council for Cymru is responsible for creating a suitable regulatory structure for Wales.
The Council will develop policy and ideas in the broadcasting field.
The Council will shape the steps that need to be taken in the process of devolving regulatory responsibilities to Wales, in the field of media and communications.
Ten members were elected to the Council for the period 2019/2020.
The nomination period for representatives on this Council closed on Friday 19 July 2019 at 5pm. The Board was announced on Thursday the 8th of August, at the Conwy Eisteddfod in Llanrwst.
